Exploring Christianity

Are you new to Christianity but would like to find out more? If so, ‘Christianity Explored’ is for you!

‘Christianity Explored’ helps you to understand the essential claims of the Christian faith, while giving you the time and space to ponder over the big questions of life.

What is each session about?

Over seven weekly sessions in Mark’s Gospel, you will find out more about the life of the person at the heart of the Christian faith – Jesus Christ. The sessions are as follows: 


Session 1
 – Good news
Session 2 – Identity
Session 3 – Sin
Session 4 – The cross
Session 5 – Resurrection
Session 6 – Grace
Session 7 – Come and die

This course is scheduled on Wednesdays from 6 May to 17 June, 8–10pm, at the Glory Room in church (1 Dorset Road). If you are keen but unable to attend one or two sessions, no worries—we will find a way to accommodate you.

What is each session about?

Over three sessions, ‘Hope Explored’ presents the life, death and resurrection of Jesus, and provides an opportunity to discover how he fulfils three great longings we all experience: the longing for hope, peace, and purpose.
