Father, In this broken world, which is surrounded with evil and wickedness, we rejoice that You are holy. In You, goodness and mercy follow us

God of all glory and worth, You see into the hearts of men. Your word divides even bone and marrow. Nothing about us is hidden

Holy God, You are mighty in battle. Throughout the ages, You have been our rock and defence. As You are mighty, You have been faithful.

Lord of hosts! You command heaven’s armies, and Your Church. We Your people, are at Your beck and call. Your word is our marching orders.

Father, we long to see Your shalom, Your flourishing, abound. Can we fashion or manufacture such flourishing? Surely not! You alone are the Source. So

Father, We are grateful for the many promises of blessing in Your word. Indeed, it is Your word that has sustained us on a daily
