Gracious and Loving Father,
We look to You today, acknowledging the times we have failed to give You thanks. You have blessed us abundantly. Yet, we confess that our hearts have often been slow to recognize Your goodness.
Lord, forgive us for our ingratitude, for the times we have complained rather than praised.
We confess that in our trials, we have failed to trust in Your faithfulness. In our blessings, we have failed to thank You.
Father, we repent of this ungratefulness. Fill our hearts with gratitude for the gift of salvation through Jesus. Remind us that, You are faithful and Your steadfast love endures forever.
We lay down our pride, our complaints, and our ungratefulness at Your feet. We ask for Your grace to transform our hearts. May we live with a spirit of thankfulness that glorifies You in all things.
