The Care & Support Ministry seeks to demonstrate the love of Christ through practical care for members or regulars in our church family who are facing significant challenges. We desire to ensure that no one journeys alone during difficult seasons of life.
Care & Support Ministry
Target Groups
This ministry will focus on individuals with practical needs, including those:
- with mobility or physical challenges
- who are visually impaired
- are elderly & home-bound
- are experiencing serious illness
- are facing financial difficulties

Types of Practical Support
The ministry may provide different forms of practical support depending on the situation:
- Assistance with transportation to and from church
- Help with mobility or accessibility needs
- Help with small household tasks
- Regular visits or check-ins especially for elderly individuals
- Assessment of financial needs and coordinating of church assistance where appropriate
- Referrals to community support agencies
- Helping visually impaired individuals to navigate church services
More than meeting practical needs, we desire to reflect the heart of the gospel by walking alongside people with love, dignity and grace. Our prayer is that through the care of God’s people, those who receive support will experience the love of Christ and the encouragement of the church family.
If you have a practical need or know of someone within our church community who may benefit from such support, we would be glad to hear from you. Simply approach one of our pastoral staff/deacons.
Likewise, if God has given you a heart to serve, we warmly invite you to join our team of volunteers as we seek to bear one another’s burdens and build a caring church community together (Galatians 6:2).
