Father in heaven,
We come before You in reverence and humility. We acknowledge that we have not fully relied on You in every part of our lives.
We confess that we often depend on our own strength. We give up when faced with challenges, though we can run to You as our refuge.
You are El Shaddai—God Almighty! Nothing can stand against You. Yet, we fail to look to Your power and trust in ourselves instead.
Help us to see our need for You in all things. Give us humility to rely on You completely. Remind us that You are for us and not against us.
Help us surrender our plans and place our trust in Your perfect guidance. In Jesus’ name, we pray, Amen.
