Our Father, we again come humbled that You are our God – a God merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and abounding in steadfast love and faithfulness. We bless You!
Lord, we praise You for the blood that was spilled for us. We thank You for Jesus who perished in our place. Father, forgive us when we have not cherished His sacrifice!
Lord Jesus, Your death not only saves us – it beckons us! It beckons us to draw near. To enjoy the Father as You do. To reach the lost as You have.
Forgive us when we have been passive in receiving Your grace! Help us to now walk in that grace – with God, and towards the lost. Surely Your grace is enough.
We pray all this in Your name, amen.
