In Haggai 2:20-23, God gives His fourth and final message through His prophet Haggai, declaring to Zerubbabel, the governor of Judah, that he is specially chosen. Through this message, Zerubbabel gleans hope for the future to come, learning that no other kingdom on earth can compare to the blessed kingdom of God.
